I keep a record of all enquiries and full details of any subsequent booking for my own business use and tax accounting purposes. Only I have access to the information and I do not pass personal information onto any third parties.  I do not keep any credit/debit card details, once your deposit payment has been taken I shred the card details. I will only contact you with matters regarding this enquiry and any subsequent booking, I will not send you any unsolicited newsletters or marketing emails.
